Based in Croissy-Beaubourg since 2012, we are the IT services provider of businesses in Paris, Hauts-de-Seine and the whole Paris region: on site when needed, remotely anywhere in France, and beyond borders when your organisation requires it.
Historically, most of our clients are in Paris and Hauts-de-Seine: our teams criss-cross the capital and the western business districts every day, La Défense included. Our offices are in Croissy-Beaubourg, at the heart of Marne-la-Vallée, east of Paris.
When physical work is needed (installation, cabling, hardware replacement, office moves), our technicians and engineers travel across central Paris as well as the whole Marne-la-Vallée area, from Noisy-le-Grand to Val d'Europe through Torcy, Lognes, Bussy-Saint-Georges or Lagny-sur-Marne, and more broadly across Seine-et-Marne and the whole Paris region.
An on-site intervention, with us, is prepared: hardware is received, configured and tested in our Croissy-Beaubourg workshop before we travel. The technician arrives with equipment ready to plug in, not a box to unpack. For heavier operations (moves, site openings, network overhauls), an engineer scopes the project upstream so the big day goes without interruption for your teams.
Our teams are mobile, and pragmatic about transport: public transit, motorbike, train or plane depending on destination and urgency. It is also an environmental conviction, detailed in our CSR approach.

Most IT incidents are solved without travel: fleet monitoring, secure remote control, and someone who picks up. Our most distant clients do not see us often, and that is just fine: their IT runs. Hardware, on the other hand, travels: order before 4 pm, next-day delivery anywhere in France, including to your remote employees' homes.
It is the same contract and the same service level whether you are in Torcy or Toulouse: monitoring that catches weak signals before the outage, controlled updates and backups, a single phone desk. Many of our Paris-region clients are actually served remotely day to day: at Neatem, travel is an answer to a need, never a reflex billing line.
On the infrastructure side, we monitor and maintain your public cloud (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) as well as your on-premise servers, or our hosting in France, in a datacenter ten minutes from our offices.
A subsidiary abroad, a site opening, a branch to equip: our engineers take the plane when needed. Your IT is managed from a single point, wherever your teams are.
In that case, the project is scoped from Croissy-Beaubourg, hardware is prepared in our workshop, and an engineer travels for installation and commissioning. Your local teams just settle in and work, with the same remote support as all our clients.
