About us
Since 2012, Neatem has managed IT for SMBs and mid-caps from Croissy-Beaubourg, in Marne-la-Vallée east of Paris. Around fifteen people, an eco-friendly datacenter ten minutes from the office, and one simple belief: your IT should just run so you can get on with work.
A word from the founder
Neatem was born in 2012. I was 24, a systems and network engineer, and I had had enough of IT companies where sales fought the technical team: salespeople selling anything and everything, technicians struggling to keep the promises. I made the opposite bet: start from the client's need and the technical answer to bring them, and build the sale on that. Trust settles in, and everyone wins: time, energy, and even money.
Then came the turns to take: virtualisation, Microsoft 365, cyber threats reinventing themselves constantly, cyber governance, digital sovereignty, artificial intelligence. Which suits me fine: I am endlessly curious, and these subjects are fascinating.
I built a team in my own image: no pompous speeches, no smoke and mirrors. Competent, simple, kind, dynamic people who smile. Our DNA: giving SMBs the expertise and pricing usually reserved for much larger companies. Several local authorities trust us too.
And since I am a bit of a daredevil, every team offsite shares my taste for thrills: helicopter, jet ski, hot-air balloon, and even bobsleigh with an Olympic pilot. A sense of service needs fuel too.

How we work
At Neatem there is no call centre and no ticket number lost in a queue. You know your contacts by their first names (Bruno, Grégory, Maxime, Élodie…) and they know your IT estate by heart. That is also why our clients stay.
And because trust should be verifiable: this website runs on our own servers, in the Marilyn datacenter run by Celeste, cooled with outside air. We sell nothing we do not apply to ourselves.

It is a contraction of "Near" and "System": systems, and proximity to the people who use them. The whole positioning fits in the name.
Our offices are in Croissy-Beaubourg (Seine-et-Marne), and our servers in the Marilyn datacenter run by Celeste in Champs-sur-Marne, ten minutes away. We mainly operate across the Paris region.
